Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date, provided items are:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for how to proceed.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us and we'll assist you.
