Where do you ship to? We ship to the United States, Australia, and most international destinations. Shipping costs and timeframes are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take?
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Australia: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–25 business days
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.
Will I receive tracking? Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel the whole way.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Is something wrong? Tracking can pause during international transit — this is normal. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 7 business days, reach out to us and we'll look into it.
